My god, this sauce. I can’t find it anywhere in the US now, but I’m ready to show up at the factory gate in Vietnam to get more. Fishy, sweet, hot, funky, stanky, and other flavors with no name known to me. It was like a key that fit a flavor lock in my head I never knew existed.
